Description

• ERE is given a causal theory of the domain, which may or may not be complete or accurate.
• If there are errors in the causal theory, they will not be discovered until a discrepancy is detected between predictions and actual occurrences
• Therefore, the environment must be such that early mistakes on the agent's part will not cause severe damage
