Perceptual ststem can play a role of monitoring actions by identifying the divergence between observed state and expected state. This action monitoring to ensure correct response against current situation by examining post-state after an action have been done should be an indispensable capability particularly in dynamic uncertain environments, in which the outside world may change while deliberation. Therefore competent perceptual system would significantly contribute to improve reactivity of an agent.
