Problem Solving Strategies::: MEA(Means Ends Analysis)

MEA(Means-Ends Analysis) is a problem solving strategy first introduced in GPS(General Problem Solver)[Newell & Simon, 1963]. The search process over the problem space is performed in two ways: Backward chaining when operator subgoaling and forward chaining when applying operators. In the difference table which contains operators and their results after applied, significant difference has higher priority so that it is resolved earlier.
