Theo's highly-structured frame-based memory system provides it with an efficient mechanism to access knowledge. This is an important property for Theo, given the size of the knowledge-base. All knowledge is stored in (< entity > < slot > ) = < value > triplets. The uniformity of representation and uniformity of access simplify and therefore speed memory operations. For convenience, slot values may be accessed by an absolute or relative pathname.
