Adding New Knowledge in Prodigy
The
uniform knowledge representation embodied
in Prodigy's design allows for straightforward addition of new domain and
control knowledge by its users. In fact, the authors relate that an
interface has been designed for this very purpose; presumably then, the
knowledge can be added without additional (low-level) programming.
The APPRENTICE module also facilitates
the addition of new domain knowledge directly.
