Heterogeneous Knowledge Representation for Homer

Heterogeneous Knowledge Representation for Homer

Executable actions are represented both in the text interpreter module and in the planner module. The lexipedia stores the concept, or general meaning, of an action (executable) verb. The planner stores additional detail about what actually happens in the world when the agent executes the action. While the episodic memory is a subset of the generic memory and thus shares a common representation, the episodic memory is distinct from the rest of the generic memory and is bidirectionally linked to allow linear access.
