Query Answering and Explanations in Homer
Query Answering and Explanations in Homer
Homer is able to answer queries (using natural
language) about the state of the world, as well as episodes from
its past (from its episodic
memory). Since it remembers all episodes quite explicitly, and
maintains a complete model of its environment (complete with respect
to anything that has been perceived or told to it), many of these
queries involve little inference; the difficult part is really the
natural language.
